Cart checkout - Some of the items in your cart are no longer available.

CA6932FD-F9DA-4CA4-9719-B9245A1437AA.jpegI have set my website up for online ordering and upon checking it seems to be working ok however 1 or 2 customers seem to be able to order ahead but then others receive the following message after they have processed their payment.

“Some of the items in your cart are no longer available. Return to your cart to remove those items and try checking out again.”

Stocks is showing available on all items and available times are also set.

Any ideas as to why this could be happening.

There are a number of factors that could be impacting the item availability and you can view our online troubleshooting steps to ensure none of these settings could be causing this behaviour.

As we're unable to view your current item settings via the Seller Community platform, what we suggest to resolve this quickly is to reach out to our Support Team and speak with a Square Online specialist.

You can call support on 1800 760 137 (Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm Melbourne time), or contact us via online chat or email. See the below steps.

 

1. Sign in to your Square account

2. Head to our contact page https://squ.re/3AWfZs2

3. Go to "Other", then "I don't see my issue"

4. Click "Message us", "Email us" or "Call Us"

 

Or, if you see the new chatbot help flow, type “support” to bring up a list of contact methods.
