Hey there @skt831. I have one possible explanation. Do you allow customers to order ahead — ie - to place an order for future dates? If so, Square Online will allow that order to come in any time. I can’t tell from the screen shots you provided whether or not the order was scheduled to be picked up for a FUTURE date.
