Why are my shipping polices not showing up on my Square Online site?

The title of this thread has been edited from the original: shipping polices not showing up on website.

Hey all, I'm fairly new to Square online and I'm having issues setting my my store. I want to create a section for all my policies and such and I cannot see how. This is on the website side. help!!

I see you've already created a FAQ page and added it to your navigation header. Great start! Now, you just need to add a section to the page and include your text.

Here's how you can do it:

  1. Sign in to your Square Dashboard and go to Sales Channels > Online > Website > Edit Site.
  2. In the Site Editor, click the Home drop-down menu and select the FAQ page.
  3. Click Add Section.
  4. Choose Text.
  5. Enter your information in the text box.
  6. Click Publish to make your changes live.
