I've set up a Donation item and put in several suggested amounts. I've also turned on allow custom amounts. All the suggested amounts work but when entering a custom amount it shows "out of stock". How do I correct this?
@lnsboosters Hi! Does it say out of stock for any amount you enter into the custom field?
The only thing I can think of is somehow a stock quantity got put on that option. You would have to go into the donation item details and see if that custom amount option accidentally got a stock number assigned to it.
The other option I can think of is maybe there was a limit set to the amount you are able to do in the custom option. And maybe there is a way to fix that in your settings.
Thank you for your suggestions. I contacted support and it seems inventory tracking was turned on.
Items -> Settings -> Inventory and then toggled off Inventory Tracking. Once this was done, no more out of stock.
