Categories not appearing in both pickup and delivery

I’ve just introduced pickup to my online store but not all selected categories are showing on the order online page. It looks like they’re only showing in either pickup OR delivery and not both. 

I’ve checked the items to make sure they have both ticked and I’ve checked the timing settings to make sure they’re set to location opening hours with the pickup and delivery times the same toggle switched on. 

Can anyone help??

Hi @LittleVillageFC, thanks for reaching out to us with this question! 

Okay, so if you've selected to show your category during all regular business hours under Availability, it's worth checking all items have the correct category and fulfilment settings assigned to them so that they (and the associated categories) appear under both fulfilment methods.

You can do this by selecting each individual item and scrolling down to where it says Fulfilment

Or, you can use the bulk edit option to ensure the correct settings have been applied to every item online. From your Site Items page select the checkbox in the top-left corner of the page to select all items > select Bulk edit in the top-right > Add to category and then Set fulfilment.
