Prep Time showing on products, but only offer 'shipping'

Hi

 

I've noticed that I get a 'This item has a prep time of 24 hrs. It may change when your order is available.' message on my products - only recently started appearing.

 

However I only offer 'shipping' - I don't use the 'Pickup and Delivery' option, I sell artworks/gifts - how can I get rid of this message?

@tranguyen - do you have any advice on this - I have also noticed this new addition on my website. It seems to be the “Pick Up & Delivery Prep Time” setting on item pages.

 

Whilst I don’t mind this on my webpage as it informs the customer the expected time it takes to make the personalised items for them before shipment - others may want the option to remove this message? I presume they would just use the “available immediately” option from the drop down?

I had a look at your site through the link you sent and I don't see the prep time message currently, just shipping information as you mentioned. 

 

Are you still seeing this on your site? 

 

And hi @signature_home, just stepping in for Tra. 

 

I went through a few of your items and didn't see this function either - could you send me a link to where you are seeing it? Thanks a mil.
