Cart page 'How to get it' popup appears empty - shipping only store

Hi everyone,

 

I'm hoping someone can help me or share their experience with a cart page issue on Square Online.

 

On my store's cart page, there is a 'How to get it' section with an 'Edit' link. When a customer clicks Edit, a popup appears titled 'View shippable items' — but it is completely empty.

 

My setup:- All products have Shipping enabled as their fulfillment method
- Pickup and Local Delivery are both turned OFF
- The cart and checkout work correctly — customers can complete orders fine
- I'm on the Professional plan
- I'm based in Australia

 

I've already contacted Square Support and they've logged it as a Feature Request, which suggests they consider this current behaviour intentional rather than a bug.

 

My questions for the community:
1. Does your Square Online store show the same 'How to get it' section on the cart page?
2. Does the 'View shippable items' popup appear empty for you too?
3. Has anyone found a workaround to hide or fix this?

 

My store is newly launched and this element looks broken to customers, so I'm keen to find a solution. Any help or shared experience would be really appreciated!
