Can you disable emails being sent when an order is marked as shipped?

Did this ever get resolved?  I'm wrestling with the same problem.  UPS sends a ship notification with all the delivery management options as well as progress updates, and the extra email from Square is just confusing and spammy.

Hi @On-SiteSupply, there is now a setting on the "Email and Text Alerts" page called "Email customer when their order is ready or shipped." You can toggle this setting off if you do not want to send emails to customers when orders are marked as ready or shipped.

 

To access it:

  • Go to "HOME" on your Dashboard

  • Click "ONLINE"

  • Click "ONLINE STORE"
  • Click "COMMUNICATIONS"
  • Click "EMAIL & TEXT ALERTS"
