Can't see my items on my website

I have added products/items to my online store but it doesn't seem to show on the preview. I think I have another website somewhere I just don't know where to access it and delete it.

Hi @LeilaF,

I'm sorry to hear you're running into the issue of items not appearing on your site when in Preview mode!

First, if you have multiple sites, make sure you're viewing the correct one. You can use the site switcher located at the top-left of the page to toggle between them.
