We are trying to set up some items for pick up online and already have an item that is set up for delivery. When trying to set up different hours for the pick up items the hours for delivery default to the new pick up hours when changed. Is there a setting I'm missing for keeping the hours different? Ex. The delivery item can be ordered during all of the store's hours, but the pick up items will be available after 4pm only. Thank you in advance for the help.

Hi there @PAstore. So I think this will work for you. First, set your pickup hours. Then toggle on delivery and scroll to the hours section. You’ll see a little toggle that says “use the same hours for pickup and delivery.” If this is off you can specify delivery-only hours that are separate from your pickup hours. But if it is on (as I suspect it is for you) then pickup and delivery hours are mirrors of each other.
Thank you for your response. We did see this option to toggle off the same hours for pick up and delivery. When we save it goes back to turned on. This happens when we use the Pick up toggle and the delivery toggle. Wonder if there is another setting we are missing.

I don’t think so. It seemed to work for me, though I just quickly tested it and then switched back to my “normal.” So, I’m going to tag t he Square moderators here. They can review this thread, see what you have done and what I suggested that did not work, and consult with the engineers. Good luck!

We got it to work by playing with those two toggles and the Save button repeatedly. In the end, we think it was related to the settings we had selected ABOVE the "When do you plan to fulfill orders? " toggle and options.
We kept adjusting the:
"When can orders be delivered?"
"If a customer places an order during your fulfillment hours, what is the soonest that the order can be delivered?"
At some point, Square then let us set different hours for the Pick up and Delivery, so we are all set! Thanks!
