I have deleted items but they continue to show up on my page as "out of stock."

I have deleted items but they continue to show up on my page as "out of stock." Nothing I do seems to fix the issue. Incredibly frustrating and I've spent so much time on this. Anyone else having this problem?

I'm sorry to hear you are seeing deleted items on your site. 

Can you please share the URL to your site? 

Also, if you could give me a few examples of items that have been deleted, that would help me identify the problem.

@SassySacs I have ran into this a couple of times and after a lot of digging around and searching what I found out is, Square Online caches deleted items or holds onto broken links as “ghost” products, which often show as “Out of Stock.” they eventually disappear.

 

Also your computer stores web pages in the cache, so if you have deleted an item and go back to that page, your computer will pull that page out of your cache and not directly from your site, one way to test if the item is really showing up from you site is to visit your website in Incognito mode in Chrome. You can access either one by going to the top of your screen you will see Chrome, right beside it you will see File, click on that and then click on New Incognito Window. That will allow you to visit your website without using the cache from your computer.
