We just created an online store with 50+ Site Items setup as follows:
Item type: Prepared food an beverage
Fulfillement: Online fulfillment methods: Pickup
Preorder settings, Fulfillment Window: Single date (we have 4 different calendar dates)
What is the quickest way to bulk update the Fulfillment Window dates as we need to do it on a weekly basis?
Tried Export Library with the purpose of updating the dates and importing back, but Fulfillment date is a parameter that does not appear to be included in the Export file.

I understand #3, the API solution, which I need to get into writing scripts or hope that Square will implement a way to easily bulk update the Fulfillment Window dates.
Can you please help with little more details for implementing #1 and #2 for bulk update of Fulfillment Window dates? Here is what I was able to find so far:
Looking into #1 (Categories), we already have Categories but when editing them, Fulfillment Window does not come up as one of the parameters to modify.
Looking into #2 (Template items) in the menus, I could not find anything that would relate to Template items and bulk updating of Fulfillment Window dates. As such asked AI's help: Collections in Square Online are only for grouping items together for display purposes (like organizing products on your website into "New Arrivals," "Gift Ideas," etc.). They do not control or edit item settings like fulfillment methods, fulfillment times, or fulfillment dates.

I'm in the same boat. I am using multiple categories for organization. We have the holidays coming up, so my Pies are categorized as Pies, but I also have a Thanksgiving and Christmas category I assign to the ones I'm selling on pre-order. It's completely asinine that Square won't give us a way to bulk update pre-order dates. Surely this functionality is base level and not advanced.
