I received an email using my entry form from my website this morning which at first glance appeared to be from Square Live Support. I’ve attached a screenshot so you can see the gist. Note the GMail fake square email address. Just thought community should be aware and know to avoid! And perhaps the real online support can warn account holders?
Thank you for your post, @Springwood1! This is very helpful and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
You may have already done so, but please feel free to forward any potentially spam emails pretending to be us to [email protected]. That way our Securities Team can take a look into the specific email and take further steps. If you would like, please feel free to review our Recognizing and Reporting Phishing Scams article, as well!
If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please let me know.

I get a few of these, hadn't thought to pass them on, so will now.
@Springwood1 Thank you for sharing this. I get the odd email that say its from Square but looks iffy. To be honest unless I have contacted Square support I don't entertain anything that comes through from Square or any company even suppliers, banks etc. Straight on the phone to them if it looks important to check, it's the best policy. 😊
