Hello everyone, I'm looking to use a Square eCommerce site (Free or Professional) to run a school fundraiser business. We will be selling a limited number of products, but multiple schools will be running fundraisers simultaneously. I need to figure out the best way for me to be able to know which school should get credit for every purchase placed through my Square website.
Every fundraiser will essentially be the same, other than the school. Same products, same prices, etc. Obviously, I'd like it to be as efficient as possible to set up the fundraiser for each school.
I'd really like to be able to use the same website URL for all schools, but this is not absolutely required.
Do you think I should use Categories? Modifiers? Is there a way to have customers select a school from a list during checkout? Any advice would be appreciated!
@scottsch111 The simplest way would be just to set up each school as a location. Then when they checkout or b4 they order they select that school and all sales will be attributed to that school. Think of it like mickey d's having 5 stores in one town. They can all share 1 website. I think this is the cleanest and simplest siloing of everything. You could do it different ways, but this is cleanest imo.
