Arranging items in Online Store Categories

Is anyone else having issues with arranging items within categories in your Square Online store? Week after week, we arrange our items, save the arrangement, and then go to look at the Online Store (yes, after refreshing, clearing cache, etc.), and it's a completely different order.

 

Or, even stranger, it will show up correctly initially, and then weirdly rearrange itself a few hours later, so when you check again, it's all wonky.

 

I attached a couple of screenshots showing the arrangement we chose vs. what's showing up. What am I doing wrong, folks? Or is there a ghost in the machine...?

Short answer: yes

 

Long answer: categories and items showing up online have had known issues

 

The good news: Square is aware of it and working to address the issues (hopefully by start of next week).
