Appointments Dead?

So I've been using appointment booking for years and a customer today told me it isn't working.  So I've tried it myself, and everytime I click on the link, it says "Appointments are not available for this location".  It's nice that they constantly update things, but it's always at the expense of breaking something else.  Anyone else have this problem?

There has been some updates to the Appointments subscription. If you have more than one location you will need to be subscribed to the Appointment Plus Plan

 

I am really sorry about any confusion, or if you felt like this wasn't communicated clearly. 

 

There was an announcement 1/20/2022. But we could have done more to inform you guys, and for that we are really sorry about any inconvenience! We have certainly provided that feedback to our Product Team.

I only have one location.  The second location was made because your api interferes with payments and appointments used together.  Don't worry about it.  I've mentioned the api problem in the past and no one fixed it.  I've mentioned your transaction reports are generated incorrectly with wrong dates, but again no one fixed it.  Other issues were brought up and they were never fixed.  Support doesn't appear to give a crap.  So I'm no longer using your appointments and moved to someone elses who isn't breaking things constantly and trying to get people to pay fees for a broken system.
