Hi
I am really struggling to change the shipping click down on my website. The details are out of date and need changed or even just removed but I can't find them anywhere as the shipping setting under general doesn't seem to be there anymore?

Hi @jennywoodside, thanks for posting on the Seller Community.
You can edit your shipping location from:
Square Online Dashboard > Fulfilment > Shipping > Shipping from.
Any changes you make from this section should apply to the drop-down section on your fulfilment options on your website.
If you've already updated the details in the section above and they are still displaying incorrectly on your website, let me know and I can look into this further. If that is the case, any screenshots/links to your site you can provide would be really helpful.

Hey @jennywoodside, just want to step in for a moment here and add to the steps @Breffni shared below! Editing the Shipping from will control which location you're sending the orders out from and help deduct the inventory correctly. However, if you're looking to edit the shipping information shown on the item page, you actually need to go to Square Online > Settings > Checkout.
From here, scroll down to Store Policies > Edit Store Policies.
Here, you'll be able to edit the shipping information displayed. Once you finished updating this, simply click
Save.
It's best to republish your site once you've made this edit to ensure that the correct information is shown on your website. To republish your site, simply go back to your Square Online Overview > Edit Site > Publish.
