Hello, I am not sure what your workflow is set around. I would suggest giving Calendly a shot. I am also testing it myself, and this is the link for setting up a meeting with me.
Calendly can also link up with your calendar, and it can enable your customer to see what times you are available, and they can choose it based on their convenience. You can also add your working hours and add holidays as you see fit.
