Is anyone else having trouble with getting an item to sync to your online store?
We do this all the time and for some reason, over the last 2 weeks the sync has been SLOW and today the new items aren't showing up at all.

Have you tried the "Add from Item Library" button? If so, can you find the items listed there?
I have tried that and the item will still not show up in the online item library 😞
Interesting. Usually it works, it just takes some time to sync after doing "Add from Item Library." I will even go back to the item and enable checkout link. This will often trigger the system to add it to item library.
I would give customer service a call and see if they can troubleshoot the issue. It may be something on their back end.
