Anyone service descriptions ever been deleted when rearranging the services in the online editor?

I am an Esthetician and I want to start using Square Appointments for my online booking.  I entered my service descriptions, but when I went to the Online editor to put the services in the order I wanted them to seen online all the descriptions were deleted.  Has anyone else had this issue? And how was it corrected?

Hey there @branchskin 

 

Bumping this one up. I hope we can get some answers from other Sellers. Have you tried reaching out to our Appointments team or our eCommerce team to share this experience with them? 

 

Also, are you able to replicate this again, or was this a one-time situation?

Thank you! I reached out to both yesterday and the issue continues to happen.  The issue has been forwarded to the Engineering team. So hopefully it will get resolved.
