Today, I want to give a special shout-out to an extraordinary individual, Andy, a Beta Specialist, who turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience for me, an end user.

 

After encountering a significant change in our retail POS system that impacted my setup, I reached out with feedback. Despite my initial frustration and blunt response to the proposed solution of manually reviewing 1500 items, Andy's reaction was nothing short of exceptional. When the first fix didn't pan out, he went above and beyond by offering to tackle the task himself.

 

Andy's commitment to finding a solution and his willingness to personally step in truly stood out. His actions reflect the highest level of customer support and dedication. I'm deeply appreciative of his help and want to highlight his extraordinary effort and the positive difference it has made. A huge thank you to Andy for his remarkable support and for setting a high bar for customer service excellence.

You've helped us so much with testing and feedback over the years that it was the least I could do - and it gave me a chance to check out your item library and the truly dizzying array of pet snacks, goods, and gadgets you have on offer 🐕 🐈 🐟 🐹

I also have an update on the frustrating situation that required this extra effort - the catalog team will implement an update shortly to allow this stubborn attribute (Skip item details) to be bulk edited as we'd hoped!  And often unvarnished reactions from testers like yourself can really get the ball rolling on updates that should have happened already 😀
