I'd like to know what are the biggest pain points by going from Weebly to Square Online

The biggest obstacle would be rebuilding your website using the Square Online editor. The new editor does not have as many customization options as the original Weebly editor, however, we are constantly making updates to Square Online and releasing new features. 

Can you post a link to your current Weebly website? I can take a look, and let you know if you will be able to replicate the site as-is with the new editor experience.
