All my photos disappeared from my website

All of my supporting photos seem to suddenly have disappeared from my website. I can see the images in the item library and on the left side of the screen in the editor, but they will not show up on the page. When I click on the photo to edit it, I get a red error notice saying, "An error has occurred. We're sorry, please try again." I tried deleting it and replacing it with the same image from the library, but it doesn't appear either.

Now, the product photos that link back to the item library that I recently uploaded this week are visible. Just not any of the other ones. 

Do I need to spend all this time going through my website and reuploading ALL my photos?? Please tell me there's another solution besides that. Screenshot 2024-08-01 at 8.55.11 AM.png

Solution

Sometimes strange things happen and your best course of action is to contact Tech Support - they can do some magic behind the scenes (maybe refresh your site and/or check some system stuff).   The volunteer members here can help with some issues related to Square's Apps and Hardware but, they don't have the ability to look at user Account setups or user online sites - only Tech or Customer Support can do that.   There's been no system online issues reported here to date - this is a great place to check first when something odd happens so probably contacting Support is your best option.
