On December 4th, I noticed that most of our products on our ecommerce site (through square) were missing ALL of their supporting photos.
The main photo appears, but no other photos.
Since the 4th I have been calling, emailing, and now reuploading photos for ALL 782 products.
Square has only said that there is/was a bug and that I was not the only one affected. They have not given me any more information, status updates, what happened other than that they're still "working on it".
This is beyond frustrating. I am spending hours upon hours reuploading all of these hundreds of phots and having to pay someone to help upload the photos as well. Square is costing me more and more money and of course not being very help or refunding me for their errors.
I miss when Square actually worked. Now they've expanded to offer a ton of other little services and their main products are not even working! Get it together Square! Do better! I should not be emailing, calling, messaging, and spending hours on here researching how to fix their problems!!!

We have been going through and adding photos as time has been permitting.
This also just happened to me- all of my product photos just disappeared except for the ones i recently uploaded. Was there a fix for this???
