Afterpay is not showing on checkout link

Afterpay is not showing as a payment option on my checkout link. Even though it is available when people shop my website and it is enabled in the settings

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry after pay isn't working right now with your checkout links.

 

That is bizarre it does show on Square Online though. Below are some reasons why it might not be showing for the checkout link:

 

1. Afterpay is toggled off in the Payment Methods section of your Account & Settings.


2. The customer’s cart total is outside the eligible purchase range you set up or the Afterpay default purchase ranges.


3. Your location’s language setting is a language other than English.

 

If you continue to have issues please go ahead and contact Direct CS Support, 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport . They can troubleshoot further and file a ticket if needed.
