A product remains visible on the Square online website even after removal from the item library.

An item was removed from our item library, yet it remains visible on the Square online website. Please help to remove that item immediately!

Hi @FusionTrek.  Sorry this post isn’t immediately, but it is a holiday weekend and there are no doubt very few people on the board, especially other sellers.  Sorry to ask questions, but I need to.

 

  1. Have you checked both the master item library and the Online item library to be sure the item is deleted?  I’m not sure how this could happen, but if the item is still showing in your catalog of products on your website, it sounds like it might have not been deleted from the Online library.
  2. If that looks good, when you say “yet it remains visible on the Square online website,” exactly where are you saying that it remains visible?  In the category/item list available to customers?  By going to the direct item URL for the item? Somewhere else?  A little more specificity, including maybe a screen shot, would help.
  3. What is your website URL, as well as the name (or SKU or something) of the item in question?

Hopefully, with a few more things to go on, we can help you get this cleared up ASAP.

Hi, thanks for response. I can confirm that this item is already deleted from the online item library. Here's a link: https://www.padelcode.com.au/s/shop 
Go to second page & see that deleted item is still visible there.

I escalated this to our Support Team, and they have addressed the pesky little bug. This item should be removed in about 30 minutes or less. Sorry for the inconvenience.
