Hi,
I'm new to this - just published my site today. I sold a brooch and went on to my site to check that it was sold out - each piece is unique - but it was still available. I then added 1 item to each of my pieces in my item library - laborious, but now completed.
However, it now says low stock underneath each piece and I can't seem to get rid of it without upgrading. I'm just setting up my business as a jewellery maker and cannot afford to pay for my site yet.
Can anyone help please?
I also did a help search and was advised to go to modifiers in my item library and turn them off, but it only offered me a way of creating the modifier, not deleting it.
Hope all this makes sense.
All advice welcome.
Thank you

Hi @FeyClay - welcome to the Seller Community 👋 and congrats on going live with your site!
Thanks for flagging this.
If you head to your Square Online Overview > Item Preferences > Low Inventory Indicator > Toggle off
You should be able to disable it without upgrading 🙂
Let me know if that works!

Hi Breffni,
Thanks so much for your help. I did as you advised and the low inventory indicator has now disappeared.
Amazing - glad to hear it @FeyClay
