A client unsubscribed thinking her text was a scam,how can she now receive my texts

Is this for Square Appointments or another Square product?
If it's Appointments, with your Customer Directory, within the customer's profile under 'Personal Information' there is a Text/Email setting - can you check if you can enable it for this particular customer there?
If after doing so they are still not receiving your texts, let me know!
