Lately, I have had repeated episodes where I get an error trying to access my online site via laptop and phone.

400 Bad Request

Request Header Or Cookie Too Large

We appreciate you following up on this, @purplebutterfly! We did some testing on a lap top and cell phone, but we were unable to replicate the error page. Do you notice this happening on only certain devices, when clicking it from certain places, or is it totally random?

We ran into this bug a couple of times today as well. Clearing cache/cookies fixed it, but our customers should not be expected to do that.
