Cash payment marked as offline

Has anyone had a cash payment be marked as offline for weeks after an event? We had taken a cash payment at a craft show during a lapse in connection. This was halfway through a show, and then we worked online the rest of the show. No other transaction is showing as offline, but I just got a notification that I need to connect to the device to ensure it syncs within 72 hours. The fun bit? The cash payment was taken on February 22nd. We have had other events since then as well, with no issues.

I have had a cash payment show up as offline, but it fixed itself in a couple of minutes.  Does it show up on your reports for that day? Since it is a cash payment, I am less worried than if it were a CC.

I did see someone else post that they had a weird bug where it was telling them offline payments needed to be connected to the internet in 9,654 days or something crazy like that, and they didn't have any offline payments.

Definitely less worried since it was cash, but still odd. It appears to have fixed itself as it is showing fine now. 

Ha! I saw that post and immediately laughed, like I cannot even comprehend that alert lol
