zebra printing stopped working properly

Hey all, I've done every troubleshooting option under the sun and I've been on the phone with support for over an hour and he seems to have no idea how this system even works.

any one have any sudden issues with the zebra label printer template being off? my labels are printing scale about twice what they should be and I can't print price tags. This worked fine yesterday now both of my locations are having the same issue!

I have a square stand with iPad and a zebra zd411

I’m having the same issue I tried calling zebra because techs at square said it’s a zebra issue then called back square with zebra on the line so we can figure a way to fix it but the workers at square wouldn’t let the person from zebra speak because they don’t want to be recorded super **bleep**ed at square treatment wasted 6 hours yesterday
