I just got the new handheld and I've already had to do a warranty replacement.
The new one came and for a few days worked just fine but now on a busy Saturday it's not staying connected to wifi. None of our other devices are having connection issues, only this handheld. When I go into setting it says the connection has an excellent signal. Speedtest shows 100mbps speed for upload or higher anytime it's tested with a mobile device.
Support when I called in today was absolutely terrible. Any suggestions?

Does your wifi signal fluctuate any? We are working a state fair and they offer free wifi for POS machines. Our handhelds will connect, but if the signal changes just a little the handheld completely drops the signal. I have tested it with my ipad and iphone and they stay connected. I wonder if the handheld needs a constant strong signal to stay connected. When I connect them to my Verizon business internet they work with no problem.
No idea to be honest. Each speed test I've done is pretty similar in speed to one another. My other devices all stay connected just fine.
Funny enough after I made this post it worked the rest of the day with no issue, leading me to believe even more that my wifi isn't the actual problem. Nothing had changed.
I know there was an update for the handhelds yesterday morning, hopefully that fixed your connection problem.
