can anyone help with troubleshooting a STAR TSP100iii ??

so I have square for iPad, printer is connected to the wifi and I got the test sheet however I am unable to print receipts from the square transactions also the printer keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. 

 

I'm thinking its some settings needs changing on my router. what do y'all think?

Hello there @Kingstonehealthy  I would like to shine a light here. Would you mind sharing the exact model number of your printer?  And also wanted to confirm you are trying to connect this printer wirelessly. (the printer is currently connected to your router and your iPad connects to this router via WiFi)

We have not been able to print since their system went down the last time. It's been wonky at best. The test prints correctly, but when we go to print from the dashboard/estimate it either won't print at all, or the paper keeps going instead of stopping where it should automatically at the end of the receipt. All settings are correct on the printer's end.
