Does anyone know how to get past this?

Yes, I'm trying to order the square terminal and wanting to fill out and see if I'm accepted for the lower monthly payments. However, I do not see an option on there anywhere to use that as payment and it has not said anything to me about filling out of application yet.

HI, add item to cart and proceed to Select A Payment Method.  You will not be charged until you get to this point.  Select Pay In Installments, click See Plan Options, a popup will appear to see what is offered.  You do not have to select one until you are ready.  The item can stay in the cart.
