While QR code payments aren't currently a feature on the Square Terminal, I wouldn't rule this out for the future - you never know! With that being said, I'd say the option to send your customers an invoice from your point of sale already covers the function of allowing your customers to pay via a link. You can also create a QR code for a checkout link to allow customers to scan a printed QR code (which is generally easier than scanning a code from a screen!), as well - learn how here.
