I just purchased Square Terminal and just after login and initial setup the screen is now not responding to touch. I have done a restart and still nothing.
Hey @brandonb316. All Square hardware comes with a limited warranty. Terminal is one year for most things. Here’s a link to the Square Warranty Help Docment.

I found that you can do a hard reset by holding the power button for about 30 seconds following the on screen instructions. Seems to work know. Thanks
