Why is there no email collection on Register using Appointments?

I use Appointments on Register at my hair salon. I cannot find anywhere to collect a customers email while checking out. For $800 I think it should do everything the iPad does. Am I doing something wrong?

I can see your frustration here. It's been a while since I set ours up. But, as I recall the email collection screen is available after the transaction. The customer is given the opportunity to enter their email address at the end of the interaction. Having slept a few hundred times since setting this up, I don't recall the exact steps so I'll fall back on existing info and share some info here...

Not in the appointments app on Register. I think you are referring to the Point Of Sale app., that I don't use.

working hard to make the experience as close to the one on iOS devices.
