Square system not accepting bank cards from Ireland Bank

the past few days, I have has customers card declined from Ireland Bank. Bank says its an issue with our system?? I've rebooted our ipad. still won't accept cards from Ireland Bank but will from other banks. anyone else having this issue?

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Have you had a chance to contact our Support team? 

Square works with any US-issued and most internationally-issued magstripe or chip cards bearing a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay logo. The following card types are accepted:

• Credit

• Corporate

• Debit (processed like credit)

• Prepaid

• Rewards

So I see no reason for this particular cards not to be accepted.
