White Screen keeps coming up on Square Register during transactions.
I Did all the troubleshooting Steps last night after hours and today it's still happening. (except factory reset)too busy for that.
It's crazy bc we just purchased the register this year and it's too new for issues.

I spoke to Square customer support Monday (yesterday) and he stated the issue was resolved!
Unfortunately I did not wait around to find out, I purchased the second generation Square Stand with a new Ipad.
We have a high volume business and didn't have time to waist on support / lack there of.

We are closed Mondays and Tuesdays, I would hopefully know end of day tomorrow when we reopen. Pretty sure it was happening Saturday, not sure about Sunday.
The customer service tech said it was fixed on Sunday and we had already purchased / decided to go back to the square stand (2 gen.) and eat the cost of the square register unlit we can sell it.
