I have gone through everything and made sure everything is on. I’ve been doing test appointments with myself and cannot get any reminder texts to send. The text saying the appointment was scheduled and or cancelled will send but no reminder this is so frustrating

If all else fails and reminders still aren’t sending, there may be a glitch. I'd recommend reaching out to Square Support and asking them to check on the backend if reminders are actually triggering for your account.

I don't believe that I have had any issues on my end either @Amanda14 . Do you mind sharing a screen shot of your appointment communication settings?
I'm going to change mine right now to one hour and send myself one just to make sure that I am not having an issue either, I will report back here as well.
Edit. I did just mess around with my reminder times, 1 hour one didn't seem to work, but the 2 hour one did work, and sent about half an hour before my test appointment.
I haven’t had any issues either.
the only other thing I can think of is your membership. Check to see if you are active membership for the $$$
or the client has opted out of receiving any communication from you.
