What are the differences in different models (SKUs) of the register?

I'm looking for a used register to run an occasional satellite station and see a lot of them listing the SKU of the register but I can't find any information to determine how it matters to me.

I don't need help finding the used equipment. All I'm asking is what is the difference between the different models of the Square Register? I see different models(SKUs) listed on ebay.

I guess this information doesn't exist, or is impossible to find. Yes, I've searched in every way I can think of, including asking in the official forums. I thought it'd be a simple request.

 You mentioned in your first post on 4/21/23 you are looking for a used register in your first line, I was addressing that statement @5StarEventPhoto . Please be more clear in your questions.
