Undocumented Kiosk App Error Code [F6E2] - "Items not currently available" despite correct settings

Hello,

 

I am encountering a persistent error message on the Square Kiosk app where the screen displays: "Items not currently available. The items in the assigned menu aren’t currently available... Error code: [F6E2]." (Screenshot attached).

 

There is zero documentation on error code "F6E2" in the public support center or developer forums.

 

Before posting, I verified the following backend:

  1. Fulfillment: All items are explicitly enabled for "Self-Serve Ordering" and "Online Pickup" under the Item Library settings.

  2. Channel Visibility: The items are active, visible, and successfully populate on our standard Square Online website.

The items previously rendered perfectly on the kiosk before store opening hours, but the app is now completely locked in this blank state array.

Has anyone encountered "F6E2"?

I would try one very small isolation test: make a temporary kiosk-only menu with one affected item, then check service hours/location and restart or sign out of the Kiosk app after hours. If that test item appears, the issue is probably menu assignment or availability window rather than item visibility in the main catalog.
