I’m reaching out here in hopes of finding a solution to an issue I’m experiencing with my Square account. I have an LLC and recently attempted to start accepting payments through Square, but I received the following message:
"We cannot approve you to take payments."
Here’s what I have done so far to resolve the issue:
At this point, I am still unable to accept payments, and I’m unsure of what else I can do. Has anyone else experienced this issue with their Square business account? If so, how were you able to resolve it? Any insights or advice from the community would be greatly appreciated.

Best thing to do would be to call Square Support, but they are only there Monday - Friday as far as I know.
Since no one on this forum will be able to see why your account has failed the best thing to do is Call Square. It has been over 6 yrs since I signed up and I know things have changed to keep scammers out. Everything must be verified, and all documents must match. Bank account must be in Business name with its EIN number also not using your SS#. You must keep Business and Personal accounts sepperate depending on the Type of business you have. I have a C-Corp setup so I am not sure which you need for just an LLC.
Im running intp this issue right now. What did you do to resolve it?
