Square for Restaurants keeps automatically printing customer receipt even though we have the profile set to PRINT MANUALLY.

I would like to take a closer look at this for you. Can you confirm what piece of Square Hardware you are using? Also, any troubleshooting steps you may have already completed?

iPad 6th generation in a Square stand. Updated to latest versions of IOS and Square for Restaurants.
And we are having issues at only one of our locations. Myriad of issues, I should add. VERY slow response from POS with lag times that are not sustainable for our business.
Just upgraded to the latest iPad and the new square stand but I still can't figure out how to suppress the itemized receipt from printing.
