When I try to process a payment on my PC dashboard, all I get is a "Processing Payment" screen with a circle for about 30 minutes until I give up. I can't get the website to actually process the payment.

What kind of internet browser are you using? I would suggest using Chrome.
If changing browsers doesn't do the trick, please clear your cache on it.
