Transactions will not upload when connected ato internet

Internet is up and running just fine. Square reader takes tapped transactions, printer print receipts. Neither happens in off line mode. Have checked hardware connectivity. Says connected to internet. Turned internet off and on one the tablet. Did not upload.  Unplugged and replaced router. Did not upload.  Friday I called Square support. They logged into my account and manually uploaded 3 credit card transactions but could not see the cash one to up load. Support did not tell me how to fix, i guess she thoight it would not happen again. Cash drawer report is correct but daily report from Square is not. I now have 3 credit card transactions from Saturday That have not uploaded. Swiped to using my phone. Transactions are uploading fine. But if I reset the tablet I'll lose the 3 transactions.
