The ticket option is not showing on the pos and I have selected the add on

First thing to check would be that it's enabled. Sometimes simply adding the Add-On enables it, sometimes not.
On your POS, More -> Settings -> Open Tickets
Make sure Open Tickets is enabled.
Once it's enabled, you'll see Tickets on your main screen right below the Charge button.
If it is enabled and you're not seeing the Tickets button, I'd try to force an update of both the app and the iOS/Android system. Open tickets have been around for a while, but having it as an add-on is pretty new. If you're running an older version of the app there may be some conflicts.
