i tried taking payment and its not going through I'm thinking it was the internet but when i logged out of my devices and logged back in it square is experiencing server issues i lost sales for that

I'm currently going through server problems and trying to checkout customers, already turned away a couple of transactions and my call to customer service is not going through.
I asked the coffeeshop next to us and they're experiencing the same problem. Server is down and we have no answers. Does anyone know whats going on?
HI, this is the Square notification right now.
I have entered offline mode on my iPad. I also went into my iPad wifi settings and clicked off. I believe if you have internet and try and enter offline mode it will not let you. I have processed a few offline transactions that are showing up under the transaction list. we are also writing down each payment total along with customer name and phone number in case we need to contact them if it does not go through. I just hope that square offline will process once this is resolved.
