Terminal won't start

I have a square terminal, it's fully charged but won't turn on. Any help would be greatly appreciated

How do you know the device is fully charged? Is the screen completely black? Can you please send me a picture of your Square Terminal screen?

Mine is charged and I tried holding power down for 40 seconds to restart, nothing. It's completely bricked.

I suggest starting out by putting your Terminal on the charger. Then proceed to follow the troubleshooting steps for factory resetting your Terminal listed here. If you are unable to get a response from the Terminal, please reach out to Support directly by logging into your Square account and heading here for further assistance.

Thank you for your reply. The problem has been solved after I plugged in and charged for a few hours. I guess it was because the battery ran out for a long time.

My Square terminal can not turn on, it's keeping black screen. I have charged it over 20 minutes, and held down the power button 40 seconds try to wake it up but still no any response. Help!
