Tap to Pay Error Message

  • I’ve been using my Reader to collect payments but when I try to enable tap to pay I get this response ‘Sorry we couldn’t complete your request, please try again later’

Hey there, @Arv1956 - 

 

Welcome to the Community! 

To start, I want to check if you're using an iPhone or Android device to take the Tap to Pay. I've hyperlinked Support Articles for steps on both. I would recommend double checking the steps, making sure your device & app are up to date, etc.
